Chongqing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chongqing Iron and Steel”) was established in August 1997. At the end of 2017, Chongqing Iron and Steel completed judicial reorganization, and the nature of the enterprise changed from state-owned holding to mixed ownership.
