Introduction of [NBR] Pipeline Expansion Joint “Good Oil-Resistant”

Oil-resistant NBR Pipeline Expansion Joints are composed of fabric-reinforced rubber parts and flat unions, loose metal flanges, or threaded pipe flanges, and are used for pipeline vibration isolation, noise reduction, and displacement compensation joints. It is high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance, and weather resistance pipe joint.

[NBR] Pipeline Expansion Joint Classifications:

According to the shape, it is divided into concentric equal diameter, concentric reducer, and eccentric reducer.

According to the structure, it is divided into a single sphere, double sphere, and elbow sphere.

According to the connection form, it is divided into flange connection, threaded connection, and threaded pipe flange connection.

According to the working pressure: 0.25MPa, 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa five grades.

The Good Oil-Resistant NBR Pipeline Expansion Joints sphere is composed of an inner rubber layer, a reinforcing layer with a multi-layer squeegee nylon cord fabric, and a rubber tube compounded by an outer rubber layer. Depending on the temperature of the oil, the oil-resistant rubber used is also different. Nitrile rubber (NBR) Copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It is characterized by particularly good resistance to gasoline and aliphatic hydrocarbon oils, second only to polysulfide rubber, acrylate, and fluoro rubber, and superior to other general-purpose rubbers. Good heat resistance, good air tightness, wear resistance and water resistance, and strong adhesion.
